Refund on Cancellations Terms, Product Installation Terms & DOA (dead on arrival) Product Replacement Terms

Introduction

DOA Replacement & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the services of products ordered from our website www.brandstapler.com ("we," "our," or "us"). Please read this policy carefully to understand our practices.

We are committed to provide our customers with the highest level of satisfaction while  shopping on our website. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please reach out to our customer care team for assistance. Our team will work with you to resolve the issue and, at our discretion, replace the product. By visiting this platform, providing your information or availing out product/service, you expressly agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Purchase and the applicable service/product terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need or wish to cancel an order before it has been processed, You can reach out to our customer support team at info.brandstapler@gmail.com  or call us on +91 98714 26110 for any order cancellation assistance. The order will be cancelled, and a refund will be initiated within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request has been received.

Refund on Cancellations

1. Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are granted solely in the event of order cancellations before it has been processed  

o   The refund process will commence and may take up to 5-7 days following receipt of the cancellation.

o   Please note that additional time may be required for the customer's bank or credit card Company to process and post the refund.

2. Once a product has been dispatched to the address provided by you, the product will become ineligible/unsuitable to be returned for any refund.

3. It is advisable to open the packaging of purchased product, in the presence or arrival of Sansui Installation Engineer.  

Installations

1. Our customer care shall book the Installation & demo appointment with you as per your availability at the delivery address.

2. Once Installation request is registered, Customer will receive the registered Ticket No. Via SMS on registered mobile no.

3. Standard Installation is free of cost for the customer. In case of any customized wall mounting customer has to pay the additional charges will be applicable & such customize installation will be at customer risk only.

     (a) Standard Installation is free for customers till 30 days from date of purchase.  

     (b) Customer has to produce valid purchase invoice at the time of installation.

      (c) In case of re-installation then it will be on chargeable basis.

C (Upcountry Areas) : 48Hr
D (Extreme Rural) : 72Hr 

DOA Replacement:

Please note that replacement requests for DOA will only be considered for instances where a product with hardware failure (technical) within criteria has been delivered.

DOA requests will not be accepted for:

• Damages caused by misuse

• Products with tampered packaging/product labels

• Incidental damage

• Products returned without all components

• Products returned in a condition different from their received state.

All DOA requests must be initiated within 10 days of the date of purchase. To qualify for a replacement, items must be returned in their original, undamaged condition, along with their original packaging.

To start a DOA request, you can contact our customer care at +91 98714 26110 or info.brandstapler@gmail.com and register your DOA call request.

Our ASC Engineer (Authorised Service Centre) shall visit your premises as per the address provided by you and follow DOA inspection & validation process.

If your DOA replacement is accepted,

          o   Contingent upon the customer's geographic location, you shall receive a                       replacement unit within 7 to 10 days. Please refer City Wise delivery timelines
               A (Metros and State’s capital) & B (Districts) : 7 Days
               C (Upcountry Areas) & D (Extreme Rural) : 10 Days

          o   We shall take prior appointment to visit your premises to process for                             installation of replacement unit and the Defective item will be picked up by                   our ASC Engineer to deliver it to our warehouse.

In cases DOA replacement is not accepted, request will convert into Repair call category as per the Warranty.

In repair call process, Engineer will replace the required part/ do software update if required & to make the product functional.

Changes to the Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this DOA (dead on arrival) Product Replacement and Refund on Cancellations policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website. We recommend to  review this policy periodically to stay informed about our shipping practices.
